COVID-19 Guidelines

Our campus will be open again on school Saturdays to all parents so you can drop off your children, visit the library and cake table during recess or meet each other, etc. In general, masks are optional for now, but please continue to take care of each other. As a precaution we may ask cake table volunteers and higher risk groups to wear a mask indoors, so do respect your teacher’s wishes. We continue to ask that your student will stay at home if tested positive or he/she shows symptoms and we trust that you will help avoid to spread any illness (cold, flu). Thank you!

Adult Assistants Wanted

SBDS is always looking for adult assistants to add to the team. These are paid positions open for grade levels K thru Teenagers. It’s easy and fun to assist the teacher & students in groups during class times, the teachers will show you what to do, but very good German skills, responsibility and occasional (in case you start as a substitute) to regular participation on Saturdays are required. If you have time on Saturday mornings, like to speak German, want to join an awesome team & provide real value, get paid and maybe show your own children & community the best in you? Then please reply or contact andrea@sbds.org and kerstin@sbds.org and let us know your questions & what class levels you could imagine to help with. Or spread the word, and volunteers are certainly welcome, too!
