Maifest and end of the school year celebration is on Saturday, May 18, 2024. We will have food and activities that are free of charge (donations are welcome).
If you haven’t registered yet, please RSVP to ensure we have enough food and beverages prepared for you!
Please sign up to VOLUNTEER! Your help is crucial in making this special SBDS Community event a success and your food donations and time will count towards your 3 hours volunteer commitment for the semester. We have various volunteer opportunities available, which are perfect for teenagers who need community service hours.
We would love for our members to contribute prizes for our sweepstakes! These can be prizes you bring yourselves: games, art, or anything else you can think of that your fellow SBDS members will enjoy. Download a list of ideas.
We also strongly encourage you to reach out to local businesses that you are connected with. Many of them will support local non-profits with in-kind donations, free admission tickets, or more. Contact kathrin@sbds.org if you have any questions. Our EIN (non-profit number) is 94-2640415. We are also happy to provide you with SBDS’s official letterhead as needed!
Remember, this event is completely free, no admission, and free food and activities. You are welcome to bring family and friends along to celebrate together. Don’t miss out on this incredible event!
